Shipping policy
We ship internationally :
Our jewellery and small enamelled pin badges are shipped from our workshop in Portsmouth, UK. The clothing and other accessories are shipped from our high end selected manufacturers in USA, UK, Australia or other countries depending on the products and your location.
If you have several products in your order, some of them may arrive separately and in this case, you will be sent a tracking code for each item in your order.
Important : We ship internationally. However, due to changing regulations, we are no longer able to ship to some countries. If you are unable to checkout because you have the message “Shipping not available - Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address” it’s because we are not currently able to ship to your country. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Local delivery (USA to USA or UK to UK) takes usually 2-3 business days after processing time.
International delivery can take 5 to 25 business days after processing time, depending on the item size, and the current state of your local postal system. We understand that international shipping can sometimes be slow, but we are absolutely positive that once you receive your package you'll see it was worth the wait !
What if your international tracking does not work ?
Please note that most of parcels will NOT show up in most of local systems like USPS, Canada Post, etc, until the final days of their journey, then your local mail company should update the tracking after the customs clearance. In other words, as soon as your package gets cleared from the customs and arrived at your local postal service, you should be able to track it directly on the shipping carrier's website. Please be patient, as customs clearance can take to up to 5-8 working days, especially during holidays.
Customs and import taxes : The customers are responsible for ALL customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or issues with postal services.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail after a recorded delivery.
What if your parcel is lost ? In the unlikely event that your order has been lost in transit, we will do our best to replace it as soon as possible (subject to product availability). Please be aware that you must contact us WITHIN 80 DAYS of the dispatch date of your order if it hasn’t arrived via the postal service. Unfortunately, claims for lost in transit orders after this time cannot be accepted as Royal Mail and the other local postal services have no legal liability for any loss if at the time of the claim 80 days has expired from the date of posting.
